How Long Will I Have to Wait for My Jewellery?
An estimated delivery date will be given on receipt of payment.
We will always complete your commission as soon as possible and the current lead time is shown on every page of our site below the products menu.
We would normally expect commissions to be completed within 10 - 15 working days of receipt of payment (please add 5 working days if you are paying by cheque) - but we will always give an estimated completion date at the time of confirmation and again once payment has been received.
Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to help!
Note: completion of urgent orders may incur additional costs if we have to obtain materials from alternative suppliers and/or pay for priority delivery from the suppliers. We will advise you of these costs when we send your quote.
