Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
As all the jewellery from SilverTree Jewellery Design is custom made to the requirements of the client, we are unable to accept returns for refund.
If when you receive your jewellery it does not fit correctly, please contact us immediately for our help.
Items can be returned for alteration or re-modelling, but a charge will be made. We will advise you of the exact cost when you get in touch, but it will usually be labour charges PLUS the cost of any replacement/additional materials.
All postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If we have made a mistake in sizing you jewellery, we will of course take full responsibility for any alterations (including postage costs).
