What Do I DO if My Jewellery hasn't been Delivered?
As we use Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day all parcels can be tracked and we should be able to advise you what can be done to resolve the problem.
Please also let us know if the item is delivered later than expected. Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after we post it, if not it offers a refund on (your!) postage.
