How Much is Post and Packaging?
The cost of postage and packing for most orders is £6.50
For tiaras and more than 1 alice band, the cost is £7.75
For Saturday delivery, please add £2.25 to the costs above
As SilverTree Jewellery Design cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, we have chosen Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day as it is the only service that will insure jewellery against both loss and damage.
We post every day, except Wednesdays, for delivery on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost of £2.25. Please let us know if you'd like this option.
First Class Recorded Delivery postage may be available (depending on the size/weight of the order), but please note this service will be at your own risk, as you may not be insured against loss or damage. If you chose this method, we will confirm the exact cost of postage on your quotation (maximum cost - £4.50).
Should any items be lost or damaged in transit, we will of course help in any way possible to fully resolve the problem. Please contact us immediately you experience a problem.
