Payment and Postage
Payment
Initially we will send you a quotation and the quotation will ask for the deposit we require before starting the commission. Once the commission is complete a final invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. The jewellery will not be despatched until the full balance is paid.
How to pay us
By cheque - made payable to KAREN SAUNDERSBy PayPal - either using your PayPal account (if you have one) or a debit/credit card. Just tell us this is your preferred method of payment and we will email you a PayPal invoice which will contain a link and instructions on how to pay us.
Postage
All items will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day at a usual cost of £5.05 (on rare occasions postage may be more/less).
A maximum charge of £1.50 will also be made for packaging.
The cost of postage and packaging will be shown on your quote.
Please note that any changes (by you) to your commission after the initial quote has been sent may affect the cost of sending your jewellery to you.
As SilverTree Jewellery Design cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, we have chosen Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day as it is the only service that will insure jewellery against both loss and damage.
Cheaper, first class postage is offered at the client's own risk. Please tell us if you prefer this option.
Should any items be lost or damaged in transit, we will of course help in any way possible to ensure you are able to fully resolve the problem. Please contact us immediately you experience a problem for our advice.
