Post & Packaging Costs
All items will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day at a usual cost of £5.05 (on rare occasions postage may be more/less).
A maximum charge of £1.50 will also be made for packaging.
The total cost of post and packaging will be shown on your quote.
Please note that any changes (by you) to your commission after the initial quote has been sent may affect the cost of sending your jewellery to you.
As SilverTree Jewellery Design cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, we have chosen Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day as it is the only service that will insure jewellery against both loss and damage.
Cheaper, first class postage is offered at the client's own risk. Please tell us if you prefer this option.
Should any items be lost or damaged in transit, we will of course help in any way possible to fully resolve the problem. Please contact us immediately you experience a problem for our advice.
