Post & Packaging Costs
The cost of postage and packing for most orders is £6.50
The cost for tiaras and more than 1 alice band is £7.75
For Saturday delivery, please add £2.25 to the costs above
As SilverTree Jewellery Design cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, we have chosen Royal Mail Special Delivery(tm) Next Day as it is the only service that will insure jewellery against both loss and damage.
This service requires a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, the item is returned to the nearest depot for collection. The item is held for 21 days and if it is not collected, the parcel will be returned to us.
We post every day, except Wednesdays, for delivery on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost of £2.25. Please let us know if you'd like this option.
Should any items be lost or damaged in transit, we will of course help in any way possible to fully resolve the problem. HOWEVER - any claims for loss and damaged in transit are made against the Royal Mail (not SilverTree Jewellery Design) and these MUST be made within 14 days of postage. Please therefore contact us immediately you experience a problem.
First Class Recorded Delivery postage may be available (depending on the size/weight of the order), but please note this service will be at your own risk, as you will not be insured against loss or damage. If you chose this method, we will confirm the exact cost of postage on your confirmation of order (maximum cost - £4.50).
