Subject to the availability of beads and components we currently expect most orders to be delivered within 3 weeks of receipt of payment.

We may be able to supply urgent orders quicker - so please ask. Make sure you give us the product reference number, quantity, bead types and colours and when you need the jewellery for.

Ordering your Sterling Silver Jewellery

Making Your Choice

Although intended as a collection of Exclusive and Limited Edition Designs to be bought as seen, some of the designs in our Sterling Silver Collection can also be custom made to order in several bead types and over 100 bead colours.

When ordering, please use the detailed information on each product page, which will tell you:

  • what beads, stones and materials we have used for each piece
  • if the item is a Limited Edition OR Exclusive Design
  • the measurements and dimensions of the piece
  • IF and WHAT alterations are available
  • IF and HOW the piece can be customized

This information is an essential part of the ordering and commissioning process - as well as giving you a good idea of how the jewellery will look when you receive it.

Before ordering, using all of this information, you will need to decide:

  • what design you are interested in - and its reference number
  • if the piece can be altered to fit and what size you'll need
  • are you commission a bespoke piece - if so in what bead type and colour


Ordering the Jewellery you have chosen

Each product page has a link to the correct order form and the order form has compulsory fields that will not allow you to send the form until the fields are complete.

If you are having problems completing the form, let us know and we will be happy to help!

If you are ordering more that one item - for example earrings to go with a necklace or bracelet, you can either:

  • Add the order information to the Additional Information box on the first order form you complete OR
  • Use a product specific order form for each additional design and we will collate them for you
Please Note: Exclusive Designs (which are all one-offs) are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis - using the time on the order email to determine which was received first.
If payment is not received within 5 working days, the jewellery will be offered for re-sale.

What we will do next

We will send you an immediate confirmation of your order and give you an estimated delivery date.

If the jewellery is an Exclusive Design, we will immediately mark the piece as SOLD on the website.

If you have indicated on the order form that you wish to pay by PayPal using a PayPal account OR your credit or debit card, we will also send a separate PayPal invoice to enable you to send payment.

Once your order is ready for despatch and on its way to you, we will tell you when you can expect delivery.
