Ordering your Bridal Jewellery
Making Your Choice
At SilverTree Jewellery Design we believe in offering our customers the widest possible choice when choosing their bridal jewellery for their wedding day. Some of our designs are available in as many as 5 different bead types in well over 100 different colours!
All we need you to do is to:
- Choose your design
- Choose the bead type
- Choose the bead and metal colour
And we will be able to create a bespoke piece of jewellery to your exact requirements at an off-the-peg price.
To help you customize your design, each individual product page has detailed information and pictures. This information will include:
- the bead types available
- a link to, or details of, the bead colours available
- the metal choices available
- the bead sizes used
- the dimensions of the piece
- how we measure them
- how to get the correct fit
This information is an essential part of the commissioning process - as well as giving you a good idea of how the jewellery will look when you receive it.
Using all of this information you need to decide:
- what design you are interested in?
- what bead type(s) you like - e.g. pearls?
- what colour(s) you want - e.g. cream?
- and what base colour (if applicable) you would like your jewellery in - e.g. Sterling Silver?
- You will also need to decide on the correct measurements for each piece you order
Don't worry to much - we're always on hand to help and are happy to send samples of beads so you can see the quality of the materials we use and match any colours against your wedding's colour scheme.
Ordering the Jewellery you have chosen
To maintain flexibility of choice and to establish a relationship with our clients, we do not use a shopping basket. Instead we have created product specific order forms that prompt you to give us exactly the information (as listed above) we need to create bridal jewellery customized to your exact requirements.
Each product page has a link to the correct order form and the order form has compulsory fields that will not allow you to send the form until the fields are complete.
If you are having problems completing the form, let us know and we will be happy to help!
If you are ordering more that one item - for example matching jewellery to go with your tiara, you can either:
- Add the order information to the Additional Information box on the first order form you complete OR
- Use a product specific order form for each additional design and we will collate them for you
When to place your order?
Because your bridal jewellery is made to order we recommend that you place your order at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding. This allows us plenty of time to source and order the materials we need and takes into account any possible delays from the suppliers.
Ordering well in advance will also give you the opportunity to try on the jewellery with your dress at your final fitting.
Our current lead time is shown on every page of our website - on the left hand side of the page, below the products menu.
PLEASE NOTE: we always try and accommodate any order so please contact us with your exact requirements* and we will do our best to help.
*By exact requirements we mean the latest date the order is required, the item number, quantity, bead and colour choices and method of payment. We will then be able to accurately assess if we are able to supply an urgent order.Sorry - SilverTree Jewellery Design only ships its jewellery to the UK.
What we will do next
We will send you an immediate confirmation of your order and give you an estimated completion date.
If you have indicated on the order form that you wish to pay by PayPal, using a PayPal account OR your credit or debit card, we will also send a separate PayPal invoice to enable you to send payment.
When we have received payment, we will start your jewellery!
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will tell you when you can expect delivery.
All the jewellery offered by SilverTree Jewellery Design is handmade to order to our clients' specific requirements and is therefore exempt from the usual cooling off periods required for internet based sales.
