Ordering your Bridal Jewellery
Making Your Choice
Here at SilverTree Jewellery Design we encourage our clients to use their imagination to create their own, often unique bridal jewellery. The design sheets for each item of jewellery, along with the bead colour charts will give you all the information you need when choosing the jewellery for your wedding day.
All the pieces in the SilverTree Jewellery Design Bridal Collection are made to order to the specific requirements of the client. Because your bridal jewellery is made to order we recomend that you place your order at least 3 months before your wedding. However, we will always try and accommodate urgent orders so please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to help.
What you need to consider when making your choice
View our full range, taking note of the height, size, and length etc of each piece, as this will give you the kind of technical information we can't convey in a photo. All of this information can be found in the Technical Bit of the design sheet. Lengths for necklaces and bracelets are up to you and each piece will be made exactly to fit. It may also be possible to alter the dimensions of some of the tiara and alice band designs. Please contact us to check.Choose your design and make note of the reference number - for example T1.
Choose the bead you require. The Technical Bit of the design sheet will tell you what beads are available and information on the different types of beads can be found on the Bead Types section of our website.
Choose the colour(s) you require. Bead charts for most of the beads we use are available on the Bead Colours section of our website. If you do not see a colour you like or you require more information, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you. Samples of beads can be sent on request, but please note a charge for the samples may be made on your final invoice.
Please Note: we are sorry but, SilverTree Jewellery Design only ships its bridal jewellery to the UK.
What we need to know when you've made your choice
When you have made your choice, please email us with the following information:
- The reference number(s) of the design(s) you are interested in.
- How many of each design you require.
- The lengths/measurements of each individual piece.
- The bead choice.
- The colour choice.
- The date of your wedding.
- Your contact information.
Please don't worry if you miss any information, we are experienced in asking all the right questions to ensure that you receive from us exactly the bridal jewellery you want!
What we will do next
When we receive your enquiry we will send you an immediate acknowledgement. This will then be followed by a detailed quotation or we will contact you for further information if it is required. A copy of our Terms and Conditions will accompany your quotation.
If the quotation is acceptable, we will request confirmation in writing (by email will be OK) as well as a deposit - the exact amount of which will be detailed in the quotation.
